Menu Surgeon Marketing is the brainchild of Michael Bell, a veteran in the field of restaurant marketing. Since early 2006, he has worked with thousands of restaurant owners, chefs & managers to make their operations more profitable and more attractive to the dining public.
Michael’s roots in marketing began in 1998 & since then he has worked in all facets of the industry. He began his career as a graphic designer at a regional advertising agency, until finally landing a dream job in corporate America for a major foodservice provider. Learning the ins-and-outs of the food industry was the perfect combination of two of his favorite things: great food and design.
In early 2017, Michael started his own company, MENU SURGEON MARKETING, to focus on helping small to mid-sized businesses with creative marketing solutions. We are experts in Website Design and Hosting; Social Media and Reputation Management; Logo Design; and of course, Restaurant Marketing.
We love to consult with restaurant owners to plan the face-lifts for their menus. Through a combination of sales-focused design, in-depth financial analysis, a keen understanding of psychological stimuli, & mouth-watering food photography, we create menus that make customers hungry and the restaurant’s profits increase.
